-Shadow Ball (TM found on Route 210)
-Confuse Ray (Level 19)
-Thunderbolt (TM found in Valley Windworks or at the Veilstone Game corner)/Psychic (TM in the Veilstone Game Corner or on Route 211)

Ice Beam and Shadow ball are both solid STAB moves. Confuse Ray is a nice way to hamper an opponent. Thunderbolt and Psychic are both coverage. Choose either one.

-Weather Ball (Move Reminder)
-Toxic (TM found on Route 212)

Energy Ball and Sludge Bomb are both great STAB moves. Weather Ball provides coverage. Even though it's better in the weather, which doesn't happen too often in-game, the option's still there. Toxic is nice for whittling down an opponent's health.
