Quick question, with all the LC moveset questions being asked lately (all of them by the same user and formatted improperly), how would you feel about restricting who can ask them to Expert+ users?  If someone wants them asked, just post on an Expert+'s wall.  This would allow for the spacing and formatting that currently lacks.

Yes, they are missing. They are not in the location guide. Pokemaster will add them eventually.
