Hey Fizz, I wondered why you removed my Cinccino moveset as it did have points on it, but I noticed the antiquated post had no EVs on it. If I add those and reformat it as an importable, can I have it back up?

Are gimmick sets bad in competitve? Such as a Pokemon that uses a not so good attacking stat instead of their good attacking stat?

As you can see, except for Nat Dex AG and Gen 7 AG, my ELO is lower than 1400 on all formats and in OU my GXE is about 50% only :(
