How do you change a Pokemon's nature?

I want to Ev train my Golurk, but I don't know how to change its nature.

You can't change a Pokemons nature, but if you have a Pokemon with synchronize - and it's the first Pokemon in your team -, there is a 50 % chance that the wild Pokemon you're against, will have the same nature, as your Pokemon with synchronize. So you have to catch another Golett, if you want another nature.
