Can you SR at a Hidden Grotto to change the IVs, nature and shininess of a Pokémon?

Question

For example, I found a Dragonite at the Hidden Grotto, it had its HA (Multi Scale) and I had an Adamant Synchronizer. Can I SR to get it with an Adamant nature, perfect IVs and shiny?
What Im asking for isn't the chances, but if it's possible to change the IVs, nature and shininess of the Dragonite? Another question that I'm consufed about is if it's possible to find a shiny at the Hidden Hollow?

The source says that the only thing that you can SR is Nature, nothing else is changed, plus shininess is determined by ivs, and Pokemon can't be shiny in hidden grottoes, so yeah
