In SS or HG when and how do you get the radio to play Hoenn music so I can get an Absol?

I really want an Absol but I don't know anybody who has one to trade. So I decided to catch one myself. I know places where you can find one with Hoenn music playing, but I don't know how to get it to play!

You would have to wait until Thursday to play the Hoenn sound.
1.Go to your PokéGear
2.click the icon that looks like a radio(between map and settings)
3.once your there click the upper left icon where DJ Ben will play the sounds
4.walk into the areas where Absol appears
5.repeat because the music goes back to normal after a Pokemon encounter
