Is Scizor a good Pokemon for my team ?

In pearl I have :

Infernape
Mismagius
Roserade
Staraptor
Garchomp

will it be a good choice ?

Yes.

Scizor is an extremely powerful Pokemon. In-game is basically OU, so Scizor will rock the house. Its decent bulk combined with its huge Attack stat, and Technician Bullet Punch will all show you its power.

Good moveset:

Scizor @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 Spd
Moves: Bullet Punch, U-Turn, Pursuit, HM move.

Well that is a good competitive moveset. In game just use good moves but Bullet punch is always good so stick with that.
