The only way to get them is from transfering from any Diamond,Pearl,Platinum,Heart Gold, or Soul Silver game, or like alyways you can trade with someone.
In order to get Articuno, Zapdos, or Moltres on Pokemon White 2, you need to trade for them or Migrate from one of your games that has them.
