What Pokemon are banned from Monocolor in PO?

Question

When I tried using Dialga in my Mono-White team it didn't work....Maybe it just bans ubers?

I think it also banned me from using Roserade in my Mono-Green, but maybe that was something else...

As for Roserade, you must have used a Green Pokemon that was banned.

Apparently, Kyurem isn't banned, but are Kyurem-B and Kyurem-W banned? Just asking 'cause Zekrom and Reshiram are banned.

I'm sure Kyurem-W is banned, not sure about Black.

Maybe they lifted that ban, (although that's awful stupid because it has uber stats xD) because PO says it's legal. :3 Tested by me.
