What is the highest stat total in a Pokemon set?

set=team and no:

1. No legendaries
2. No Slakings
   3.No Pokemon with a stat total of 600 or more
   and that is it (may want to whip out calculators) P.S. all Pokemon at level 100 and no EV's
   or drugs or anything like that just basic with no items.
