Why can't Stantler learn Fly? [closed]

Hey, I mean, it's obvious, Santa's reindeer's can fly, Stantler is an obvious reference to one of them, and, he should learn Fly, right? Or at least Bounce, I dunno...

Even if Stantler is based on that you said, that would be the only reason to Stantler learn Fly.

Also, it wouldn't make sense a reindeer be able to fly, it's not a Flying type and doesn't have wings.
