Mine has the ability Intimidate. Mine knows:

Sucker Punch: Attacks first, good damage, high accuracy.

Zen Headbutt: Good damage, decent accuracy, decent chance to cause flinching, used to deal wth Fighting types.

Attract: Infatuates the foe.

Disable: stops the foe from using a powerful move again.

I would trade in disable for earthquake. If a powerful move hit stantler, it would probably faint anyway.

This is how I would have my Stantler:

Stantler(Any)@Leftovers

Ability: Intimidate

EVs: / 252 HP / 180 Attack / 76 Speed /

Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpAtk)

Moveset:

Megahorn (Really good base attack and good for taking out Psychic types and Dark types)
Zen Headbutt (May flinch, if you're faster, and counters Fighting types and Poison types)
Wild Charge (Good physical electric move and counters Water and Flying)
Role Play (To have the opponents ability)
