How to get a Wailord in White 2 ?

I need it for my Rain team. Please help.

You can catch it in Undella bay.It has a 5% chance to appear on a Bubbling spot by surfing on it.Or you can catch a wailmer which is pretty common in a bubbling spot by surfing on it.

Go to the Undella Bay and Catch a Wailmer there. Then evolve it into Wailord .
