In the Join Avenue is the a way to get rid of one of your shops?

Because I have two Dojos and I want to get rid of one.

Yeah. When you get all 8 shops filled up, and a new one wants to join, the game will give you an option to replace your shops. If you don't have 8, then there is no way.
