Do you have to use a shiny legendary dog to catch Zoroark?

I know there's a silent woman and that she's secretly a Zoroark in Lostlorn Forest, but do you need to use a shiny legendary dog? Does it only work when you use a Pokemon that you get from the event that gamestop had a long time ago? Google's being shady about this question and I couldn't find it here so help ,__,

Nope. Well, sort of.

You need one with the tag "Met with a fateful enounter" to get Zoroark. So yeah, Gamestop exclusive.
