Pokemon black was an event. Pokemon black 2, you must trade to get it. Even though you don't have keldeo, there are some ways to recieve it. Trade with friend or a glitch would be the best idea. The worst idea..... well don't do it unless you want to freeze your game. Also the worst idea won't let keldeo change forme.
