How do I get a Bagon without trading?

On Pokemon Diamond, I am trying to get a Salamence. Where can I find a Bagon? It is so important and I won't trade!

Sorry. The only way to get it in Diamond is to trade or migrate it. You can get it in Pearl version however, using the PokeRadar in the Northern area of Route 210.
