Does the ability "Klutz" stop the use of power items?

When I say power item I mean like the Power Anklet and Power Brace.

Actually, the Power items are among the few items not affected by Klutz. Other items are Experience Share, Lucky Egg, Macho Brace, and Iron Ball.
