How much Link does a Ralts and a Zubat need to evolve ?

OK, so I checked a Pokemon Conquest Evolution Guide, and it says that Ralts evolves when the attack stat is 44, and Zubat evolves when the speed stat is 55.

well a ralts wil evolve on lv 20 and a zubat on lv 22, just train them to those levels and you will be fine
