Well, if you are looking to evolve Pokemon quickly use the Trainer-Item "Rare Candy"
If you are looking to power up Pokemon quickly I suggest Energy Search
If your'e looking to get Pokemon from your bench to your active spot, use Switch
Lastly, If you are looking to get the Pokemon you need from your deck I suggest Poke ball or Ultra ball. If you use the Poke ball then there is a 1/2 chance it fails (coin flip). If you use the Ultra Ball then you have to discard two cards. Out of these two I use the Ultra Ball.
