Regirock knocked himself out with struggle and I didnt get the iron key?

I'm dumb and saved it after. Am I screwed? Can someone still give me the iron key?

Don't worry, I assure you. You're not screwed :D
All you have to do is defeat the Elite Four and return to Regirock. It will return. Just try catching it again, and then you'll get the Iron Key!

Beat the E4 again do the pattern again and Regirock will reappear.

Please list what version you were playing. In White 2, You Definently don't get the Iron Key. You Get the Glacier Key, which leads to Regice. In Black 2, Just Beat the E4 Again and catch it. You now have the iron key :O Good Luck on getting Regigigas!
