Is it possible to breed a shiny Pokemon from a normal Pokemon and a Ditto?

Say, I have a normal Leafeon in the Daycare with a normal Ditto. Is it possible to get a Shiny Eevee from one of the Eggs???

Yes of course it is possible to get eggs by Ditto breeding.

1/8192 chance to get a shiny Pokemon.

i was breeding feebases just to get a shiny one
then my friend hatched a feebas (i gave him one) and he saw his first feebas AND IT WAS SHINY
