Can you befriend (then later recruit to your team) The Pokemon in Marowak's Dojo?

Yes you can, but only in Final Maze. Beware: Final Maze has much more powerful Pokemon than the standard ones. (They're 40 on the first 10 floors, 45 until around 28 I think, and then 50 until the end of the Maze at B48F.) and The standard-maze Pokemon are unrecruitable.

Note: Final Maze is unlocked after defeating Dialga.
