How do you get Dratini and where?

I keep on fishing for dratini but I don't know where
ps:magikarp keep coming pls help!!

The waterfall area in Mt.Coronet is where you find Dratini. You must fish there with a Super Rod to find one. You can also find the occasional Dragonair there, if you're lucky!
