Is it possible to obtain a ralts in white forest by just reseting the game?

I reset the game and completed the storyline about 5 times and just about every other Pokemon appeared except ralts and I don't know anyone with black, so I just want to know if this would work insted.

Ralts can indeed be found in the White Forest.
Unfortunately, you need to connect to EntraLink with somebody.
After that, find the Pokemon in the White Forest while in the EntraLink and they will begin migrating into your version. Next time you go to white forest, the Pokemon you need will be able to appear in the grass
