In my Pokemon platinum game , I taught my Drapion Rock Climb in exchange for Iron Tail as Rock Climb is physical and favours accuracy than power when compared to Iron Tail plus Rock Climb can confuse the opponent.
Did I make the right decision?
In game it doesn't matter too much but I'd say yes. Rock Climb is very useful for getting through many places on D/P/P and it's improved accuracy will help you out in battles.
