Do training sessions or meals from Join Avenue let you learn the moves a PKMN gets from leveling up?

I'm using Join Avenue to get my Reshiram to Lv. 100, I want it to know blue flare, and I don't want it to automatically replace my current moveset.

Going to the Dojo or Café will not let you learn new moves or let the Pokemon evolve.

A Pokémon will not evolve or learn new moves when its level is increased in this manner.

Bulbapedia It says that for both Dojo and the Cafe.
