How can I get my Nidorina to learn Poison Fang and Superpower?

Question

Nidorina learns Poison Fang at LV 58, the same LV that Nidoqueen learns SuperPower. So if I LV up my Nidorina to LV 58, then use a Moon Stone on it, will it learn Superpower when it Evolves?

That will most likely be the case but it might not work so have a Heart Scale ready if it doesn't :)
