I just wondering if my Scolipede can be a Baton Pass-er and lead with hazard?

Question

Mine knows : Baton Pass, Toxic Spikes, Sword Dance, X-Scissor or Earthquake maybe..
I just want to know what EV should I insert to this guy and choosing the attack move. Anyone?

Probably just do the standard stuff. 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP. For the move you could choose either one but I prefer X-Scissor just because it is more powerful because it is STAB. One more thing you should do is Spikes over Toxic Spikes because Spikes are a lot more useful and if you want poison just put Toxic on another Pokemon. Hope I helped!

okay, Trachy. newbie here..

just thinking about this Scolipede will he be okay if I don't give him defensive EV since he is going to setup a hazard?
