Can black 2 have battles with black 1 with black kyurem?

Can you battle a person with Pokémon black in Pokémon black 2 with black kyurem in your party? An example is that a wifi battle between black 1 and black 2 starts and black 2 team has black kyurem. Will the games be able to battle each other?

yes you can
It will show kyurem in his normal form on there game but its still black kyurem

Black Kyurem cannot be caught. Game Freak is pretty smart. ;)
So, a scenario like that won't happen. :)
