Blaziken could use that but I don´t even know if there´s a Drain Punch TM?
Drain punch can be taught by the move tutor in Humilau city for 10 yellow shards. It cannot be obtained as a TM. I hope this helps! -Jellohamster
Drain Punch is only obtainable as a TM in Generation 4. It no long exists as a TM in Gen 5. If you don't want to bother with getting shards for a tutorer, get a Blaziken in a Gen 4 game with Drain Punch and transfer it.
