Does Rollout damage depend on The user 's defence??

Rollout can double its damage if we use defence curl first. Anyway does Roll out get stronger if the user has a higher defence??

Nope. Rollout has a base power of 30. and every turn that is goes in, the power doubles 30...60...120...240...and so on. Your pokemon's defense has nothing to do with it. However, you can double it's base power if you use the move defense curl first.
