Sh7atoap is right but you can add it to your pokedex by going to mr. backlots mansion south of hearthome city and look at the book it will add manaphy to your pokede then you can try to get it on the gts if you have wi fi. but sadly the manaphy event is over for pokemon ranger shadows of almia.
