Orb or Sash? On My Crawdaunt?

Question

I need The Sash to Take a Hit from Sceptile or Archeops and then Wreck Them with a super stabbed Crunch.

I Just Had a Battle using the Orb and I would have won 6-0 if not for Steelix's Sturdy and Incredible Recoil Damage. Here's The Set

Crawdaunt @ IDEK!!!
Trait: Adaptability
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Crunch
- Dragon Dance
- Superpower
- Waterfall

Usually Orb is preferred. You will mostly be setting up on something Choice-locked on a bad move against it or something that can barely touch it so there is no need to take any heavy hits. Also, if you are a strategic player then you will usually eliminate its threats before you bring it in for a sweep.

I highly recommend the sash due to Crawdaunt frail defenses.
The life orb is gonna help ur opponent.
