If I breed my Shiny Gastrodon with a normal Ditto will I get a Shiny Shellos?

Yea sure. But the chance of getting a Shiny anything is normally 1/8192.

If your Ditto or your Gastrodon is from a different country, you can get an increased chance of 5/8192 in Gen IV or 3/4096 in Gen V for breeding a shiny Pokemon.

If you're asking if a Shiny Pokemon has increased chance of breeding another shiny, the answer is no.
