Why doen't Red say anything and other?

Question

Ok so why does Red only say "..."?

So Red to me has always been this mysterios trainer that never says any thing and jumps of of mount silver and is in the hospital until you beat the Pokemon league :P

So how does he get of of mount silver so fast and why does he only say "..."?

I have also heard that he might be a ghost.

When Red is encountered in Mt. Silver during Generation II, he has no speech, merely repeating an ellipsis before beginning the battle. This is a reference to the fact that during Generation I he is a silent protagonist, answering only "yes" or "no" questions. He also remains silent when confronted in later generations.
In FireRed and LeafGreen, Blue sarcastically calls him a chatty gossip.

Plus, Red isn't in the Anime.

While Red himself does not appear in the anime, his counterpart,
introduced in the first episode, is the anime's main character, Ash
Ketchum. Like Red, Ash is from Pallet Town, on a journey to become a
Pokémon Master. Unlike Red, Ash's journey did not end with Kanto, and
Ash has continued through every other region introduced in the main
series games, as well as the Orange Archipelago south of Kanto, taking
the place of the player characters of Generation II during Johto, and
being joined by the anime counterparts of May and Dawn during the
Hoenn and Sinnoh sagas. Instead of starting with one of the standard
three Kanto starters, however, Ash began his journey with a Pikachu,
inspiring Pokémon Yellow's creation, as well as causing some to
consider Red and Ash to be the same person, most especially due to Red
owning one as well.

This might not be the answer you were waiting for but stil, red is a really strong trainer as you may know (of course) so (in my opinion) he jumps of mt silver as a form to wait for you to become stronger ( after finishing the Pokemon league) and challange him to a Pokemon battle

Some YouTuber's theory is (xD) that he finally met a trainer that didn't talk either.

Think like this: You are always forced to battle someone when you came into someone's view, you don't have a choice.

This is the same for Red, who experienced this in (Fire)Red, (Leaf)Green and Blue - and the same for your character in (Heart)Gold, (Soul)Silver and Crystal. :3

Otherwise, there isn't really a reason. I guess otherwise he's just surprised to see someone at the top of Mt. Silver.
