What does Mega Launcher boost the power of pulse/aura moves by and what moves are boosted by it?

Clawitzer is currently my star of this Gen besides the Megas, so I'm very much interested in it.

At least on the Db (last I checked), It said "pulse and aura moves" including dark, water and dragon pulse, aura sphere, and aurora beam

I've read that it boost about 20%, and considering the boosted water pulse still seems weaker than surf it sounds relatively accurate.
