Are TMs and HMs infinitely reusable in X & Y?

Hello!

I'm seeing that a lot of users here have X and Y. I would just like to ask if, like in Gen V, the use of TMs and HMs in Pokemon X and Y will be infinite, or if Gamefreak and Nintendo wanted a surprise so back to Gen IV and below where TMs and HMs disappeared after a use.

So? Are they infinite or not?

PS: I searched, and didn't find anything talking about this.
