Can I find these Pokemon in X/Y and if so, where? Thanks, please only answer if you are 100% sure

Joltik and Galvantula are only available through Friend Safari
Ariados can be obtained from Terminus Cave, Victory Road or Friend Safari (Spinirak can only be obtained from breeding. :P)
