How can you win contests in Pokemon ruby,sapphire,and emrald?

i spend most of my time in Pokemon contest after defeating the elite four.

Make lot of PokeBlocks on machines in Pokemon Contest buildings, then test their usage and combine with good PokeContest moveset for your Contest attribute. Example: you have good beauty moveset-then you should make your Pokemon more Beautiful to get higher score at the beginning. Hope this helped ;)
