If I traina rhydon to level 100 then trade with protector will it still evolve? and will still gain its lost stats?

if didnt understand what I ment by lost stats ill explain:
Rhydon stats:
HP: 414
attack: 394
defense: 372 ( the only ones that matter for a rhyperior)
Rhyperior stats:
hp: 434
attack: 416
defense: 394
so the question is after evolving would the rhydon get the rhyperior stats?

It will evolve and gain stats according to your EVs and IVs.

Yes it will still evolve. It will also gain its stats to be a level 100 rhyperior.
