What is a good Little Cup moveset for Mime Jr.?

EV's: 36 HP / 196 SpA / 36 SpD / 196 Spe
Moveset:

• Psychic- For Taunt users. Can also be used to revenge kill.
• Hypnosis- Putting opponents to sleep is fundamental for running this set as it can turn opponents into set-up fodders.
• Nasty Plot- Boost Sp.Atk by 2 stages and in 3 turns gives you max Sp.Atk. Baton Pass this onto your special sweeper and it's over.
• Baton Pass- Pretty much the main move of the set. Pass Nasty Plots onto Special Sweepers.
  Sadly, Mime Jr. doesn't work well as other sweepers like Abra because of it's mediocre speed. It can however, be a useful Baton Passer with Filter to almost always live super-effective hits and Nasty Plot + Baton Pass to pass boosts onto full HP sweepers. Psychic deals good damage and because of the EV investment in SpA can KO a majority of the metagame.
