When I was battling some computer on hg, The guy had a electric pokemon and I had my charizard. I Used fly first and while I was in the air He used spark, AND IT HIT. How does spark work when Im flying in the air?
I am assuming that the foe used Lock-On before using Spark, allowing it to hit. So were you facing Magnemite and its family?
