When I go to mystery gift and press Get VIA wireless it takes FOREVER to get a gift and I heard you can get Zoroark with mystery gift. Can you help me please?

I believe that event has long past and could only happen if you obtained from a premier of the movie Pokemon: Zoroark the Master Of Illusions in japan.
