Is there anyway to get an Electrike in Pokemon X without trading with someone who has Pokemon Y?

I want Electrike to be part of my team in Pokemon X but I'm not sure if there is a way to get in without trading with someone else who has Pokemon Y.

You can find a Manectric in an Electric Friend Safari, which you can breed for an Electrike, but you need a Friend Code that has it. The Safari is only available after the E4 though.
