Not just status effects (poison) I'm looking for any techs that hurt the opponent WITHOUT dealing direct damage to the opponent. So, techniques like Future Sight and Spikes

(I cannot think of anything but it has been a long time since I have enjoyed the games)

Well you've got the status moves like poison and burns. Confusion can also cause indirect damage, when it occurs.
Then hazards such as Spikes, and Stealth Rocks.
Then moves like Leech Seed which will drain the opponent of their HP and restore yours.
Future Sight, and Doom Desire will both strike on the second turn after being used.
Wrap, Whirlpool, Bind, Clamp, Fire Spin, Magma Storm, and Inferno can all cause indirect damage. These moves cause direct damage and then for the remaining turns.
Then there are the two weather effects which will cause indirect damage. Sandstorm will damage Pokemon that are not steel, rock or ground. Hail will damage Pokemon that are not ice type Pokemon.

I'll look for more, but I think that's all.

Fire Spin and magma storm
don't forget confusion when they can hurt themselves
Wouldn't that count as a status condition, confusion?
It might be, but it still causes indirect condition which is what the Question asks.
Thanks taz and excadrill444
confusion is still considered a status ailment
Never mind, it the question said "Not Just Status Effects" when i thought it read "Not status effects". My mistake.
Misconception regarding confusion: hitting yourself in confusion is not considered indirect damage. "Confusion damage is calculated as if it were a typeless physical move with a power of 40; it cannot score a critical hit, and does not receive STAB. Confusion damage is unaffected by Wonder Guard, Technician, and a held Life Orb." - Bulbapedia
