What are the chances of receiving an evolutionary stone through super-training?

Ok I've been super-training with my Delphox in hoping for a shiny stone for my togepi. I am asking which Pokemon do I need to battle against and it's chance of me receiving the stone. (Dusk and Shiny)

Dusk Stone you get from the Aegislash Mission.
Shiny Stone you get from the Roserade Mission.

In order to get them you must achieve the target times, but the more time you have left above the target time, the higher of a chance you have of getting the stones.
