Why does Cryogonal learn attract?

It is near pointless, considering Cryogonal is genderless.

NEAR pointless? It IS pointless! Pretty much every Pokemon learns it, except the genderless ones. The other genderless Pokemon to learn it is Mew, because it can learn it through TM (it learns all of them.) With Cryogonal, Game Freak either wanted to troll or they missed it.
