Where do I go to reteach calm mind to my Kadabra in Diamond Version?

I know that theres this one house in Pastria City but when I went to reteach Calm mind to Kadabra, the move calm mind was not there. But I don't understand why because Kadabra wanted to learn Clam Mind in the past, I was not thinking so I didn't teach it. Please help me! Thanks! :)

Kadabra never learns Calm Mind through level up. You probably just mistook it for another move, or you're thinking of another Pokemon. You can teach it Calm Mind through TM 4 though.
