Is there a way to evolve Pokemon such as Magmar and Onix without trading?

I can't evolve any Pokemon that needs to be traded to evolve. I have no wi-fi! Help!

Actually, this is a glitch in Generation IV, but it's quite hard to perform it. Still, it works when you succeed.

Unfortunately, there is no way you can evolve them at this point. Sorry.
